How can i take a backup of my cloud for customer system, not a restore point in the cloud.
An on premise backup of all my data.

Hi,
Assuming you want to upload back up of OnPrem to C4C, There is no automated way to do so. You may think of collecting all the data from onprem system and make the data migration activities using DataWorkbench or using some report (from SAP CRM and ERP based integration)
