Dear team,
Our customer really want to use our solution sales cloud, but in the sales cloud "appointment" function, customer cannot insert image and tables. I already checked help guide but, we don't have icon for image and tables.
(Our competitor SFDC, they can insert image and table also..)
BUT, in service cloud, I can see the image icon in ticket part.
How can we embed image and table insert function in Notes for sales cloud like service cloud ticket?
Do you have any idea for this?
Please give me some advise..

It is possible to attach an image or link to the notes field if you enable the following scoping question:
"Do you want to use formatted texts for visits and appointments?"

Once done then notes will be enabled to insert image/link etc. (see attached images)
