hmc timing out

Hello, after moving to cloud and using spring session, users are sometimes logged out from hmc, mostly when opening new window. Timeout is set to 30m, setting it to higher value just for hmc didn't fix this problem. What can cause it? We are using Hybris 6.6. Thanks

Hi, unfortunately I can't, as I cannot reproduce it, and I didn't receive logs from prod, that's why I'm checking all possibilities..
