Hide error message in C4C

Hi Experts,

Need help in hiding the validation messages in C4C . This Date field is not defined as mandatory and empty values are sent , but below error message is thrown and the client wants to hide it as service order is created successfully .

In custom code there is no validation to restrict it , looks like standard validation is happening .

We would suggest that a case could be created for it, so that we could check in the backend on the error message to see where it is raising 🙂
