Having problems at retreiving articles data from SAP Business One to SAP Customer Checkout

When we were executing a first time integration process from SAP Customer Checkout to SAP Business One (CCC instance) we were able to get the business partners (clients) data, however we were not able to retreive any articles data form SAP Business One.

The message error we are getting is the following: "an SQL data change is not permitted for a read-only connection, user or database".

Any guidance in how to solve this problem will be gratelly appreciated.

The error message suggests that the user or database connection utilized for integrating SAP Customer Checkout with SAP Business One (CCC instance) lacks the required permissions to make changes to the data within the SAP Business One database.

Kindly verify the permissions once and the DB connection settings.

Dear Harish, thanks for the advice. Based on your suggestion we have given all DB access permission to the Service Layer user, however it did not work, any other idea?

Can you please confirm if the DB connection settings have also been checked once?

e.g.: DB server and port, DB name and credentials, authentication method, Read/Write permissions, Firewall and network access etc.
