Have undeployed the promotion but still visible

Hello All,

I have created a promotion rule,published it and it is present in drools rule also but still not visible while a default promotion rule was applied to it beforehand which I have made it as inactive yet the default rule is getting displayed inspite of being inactive.

Why my promotion is not visible? Please help

What do you mean by 'visible' and 'displayed' in your question? Do you mean 'applied' in the storefront? If not, where is it 'visible'/'displayed'? Further details will help one to provide a solution.

Hi All

I have created a promotion rule,published it and the promotions benefits are getting added to the storefront. The problem I am facing is, I undeployed the promotion rule and its status is shown as inactive but still the promotion is getting applied to the Storefront. I am using Hybris 1905.

Any solution to this problem will be highly appreciated.
