Has Hybris ever been used for email campaign purposes? for large email volume campaign using 50 + different templates. Templates has to be editable but end user.

If the question is whether the Hybris Commerce solution should be used for campaign management, the answer is, NO. Hybris Commerce solution was never intended for campaign management and should not be used as a strategic solution for campaign management. SAP has one of the most successful Marketing and Campaign Management products in the market and it is known as SAP Marketing Cloud (please check https://wiki.hybris.com/display/marketing/SAP+Marketing+Cloud) and I would recommend you using that instead of using Hybris Commerce solution for campaign management.

I do not think anyone has ever used Hybris Commerce solution for campaign management. I will wait for feedback from the community.

Use something else. Campaign monitor is probably the easiest and quickest to use with the best interface.

SAP marketing cloud is powerful, but very slow and clunky to use.
