HAC: What is the difference between "Init/Update All" and "Toggle All"?

Let's say that I unchecked "Init/Update All" and checked "Toggle all" (and all extensions are checked), is the behavior expected to be the same? I think it's not, but I haven't seen any documentation about its difference. The JSON from "Dump configuration" is also different for either scenario.

Dear Geff,

Is only one difference between init/Update all and Toggle all. In the situation on the first picture - Init/Update All, you initialize everyone extension. On the second picture, when you choose Toggle all option you are able to select extensions which you want to initialize.

Kind regards,

In the second pictue, what if all extensions are checked? Is it the same as "Init/Update All"?

If all extensions are checked, toggle all option work in the same way like 'Init/Update All.
