Gutschein mehrfach verwenden

Hallo,

ist es möglich im CCO (ohne Anbindung an ein SAP, nur CCOm) einen Gutschein mehrfach zu verwenden?

Beispiel: Für eine Aktion im Rahmen einer Neueröffnung soll in einer Zeitung ein Gutschein mit Barcode veröffentlicht werden. Mit diesem Gutschein kommt der Kunde dann ins Geschäft und erhält auf seinen Einkauf 2 Euro Rabatt.

Der Barcode müsste also im CCO gescannt werden können und dann werden 2 Euro Belegrabatt abgezogen.

Eine ähnliche Möglichkeit gibt es ja mit den Coupons, da muss der Kassierer aber immer von Hand auf den Button klicken und es funktioniert nur mit der Schnellservice-UI.

Ich bräuchte aber eine Lösung, die auch in der Retail-UI funktioniert.

Am einfachsten wäre es, wenn ich einen Artikel mit einem negativen Preis anlegen könnte, aber das geht ja leider nicht.

Hat irgendjemand eine Idee, mit der ich das lösen könnte?

Hi Kai,

It should work for you (Release 2.0 FP11 PL04). Follow this description:

1. Select “FUNCTIONS” -> “CONFIGURATION” -> “Integration” -> “SAP CUSTOMER CHECKOUT MANAGER” and activate “Enable central coupon management“ and “Enable central discount management“

2. Click on ”Sales” -> “LOYALTY MANAGEMENT” and activate “Enable loyalty management”

3. Synchronise the POS Client. Click on “Synchronisation“ -> “Discount“ -> “Schedule Synchronisation“ mark the setting “Start immediately“ and “Complete Synchronisation“

4. Open “Coupons” in the SAP Customer Checkout Manager

5. Click on the “+” symbol(Add-Button) on the bottom left to create a new coupon

6. Fill the forms which are marked with a red star:

• 6.1 Give the coupon a ID (name)
• 6.2 Set the Type: Loyalty
• 6.3 Set the Status “ACTIVE – Active“
• 6.4 Give the coupon a Title (I would recommend you to repeat the ID)
• 6.5 Add a short description
• 6.6 Set the “Validity information“ below “Coupon application mode” to the last entry:
• “Multiple per receipt, multiple per sales item, multiple per base quantity”
• 6.7 Set Valid from: ( a date in the past)
• 6.8 Set Valid to: (a date in the future)
• 6.9 Click on “Save”

7. Mark the coupon we just created and click on “Discount rules“

8. Click on “Add“ on the bottom right

• 8.1 Select “Rule 3: 5 EUR (Discount) on receipt“
• 8.2 Click on “Save”

9. Click on the link marked in a light blue color “Amount 5.00 on Home Currency“

• 9.1 Set the discount type to “Amount“
• 9.2 Change the value to 2
• 9.3 Click on “Save“

10. Make shure the coupon Status is set on “Active“ . Usually it is automatically set on active. If that is not the case you need to activate it by clicking on the magic stick on the right side.

11. Mark the coupon again and click on “Instance IDs”

12. Click on “Generate”

13. Fill the forms:

• 13.1 Number of instances: 1
• 13.2 Redeemable from by: Date
• 13.3 Redeemable from: ( a date in the past)
• 13.4 Redeemable to by: Date
• 13.5 Redeemable to: ( a date in the future)
• 13.6 Click on “OK”

14. Synchronise the POS Client. Click on “Synchronisation“ -> “Discount“ -> “Schedule Synchronisation“ mark the setting “Start immediately“ and “Complete Synchronisation“

Your Coupon is now available and can by scanned in unlimited times during the time period you have configured.

There is a static discount button in the old retail UI that you can activate. But it works like a percentage discount, not a fixed value.

CCO Configuration -> POS System -> Sales Screen

generelle Anmerkungen:

Wenn du hier auf englisch schreibst bekommst du potentiell mehr Antworten.

Die Retail UI ist mittlerweile veraltet und sollte nicht mehr verwendet werden.

Leider gibt es für deinen Anwendungsfall keine richtig schicke Lösung, die "einfachste" hast du bereits aufgezählt indem du einen Coupon anlegst der per Schnellauswahl sofort dem Beleg hinzugefügt wird.

Für das scannbar machen von Coupon Barcodes müssen "Instanzen IDs" generiert werden, diese müssen wiederum mit einem Steuerungskennzeichen versehen werden und dann können die gescannt werden. Ist leider sehr unpraktisch. Ich habe dazu auch einen Verbesserungsvorschlag bei der SAP eingereicht, da freue ich mich über deine Stimme: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/244264/
