with this Guide I have implemented our Marketing Cloud. After this steps I would make changes in some settings in Manage Your Solution. But I cannot do anything. Surprise.
The link is of no use to me. Can you give me a specific answer how can I unlock my settings? Or what the problem might be? So that I resolve my problem and can work with the cloud?

Manage Your Solution is not available.
And I can't write an incident, because I can't select in System our Marketing Cloud.
Have I forgotten to log in an account somewhere?
Or need I more permissions from my superadministrator?
