Guest checkout in b2c storefront

Hi,

I have created new storefront and trying to implement the guest checkout process.I tried following the process here:

but somehow not able to go pass the add address page for guest checkout.Any help would be appreciated

I am also interested in this. A guest customer must be able to enter his Address, but if there is shipping to store it must be skip this step...
