Grow with Premium SAP Managed Cloud Integration

Hi Expert,

We got to know that in GROW with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, premium licenses, client is entitled for only one Sales cloud V2 tenant and SAP will do end to end integration with SAP S/4 Hana public cloud. 

We have below 2 questions.

1. Will SAP do the integration twice with SAP S/4HANA public cloud, once with quality and once with production system of SAP S/4Hana public cloud with sales cloud v2 single tenant?

2. If SAP do integration only once, then will SAP do the refresh activity once UAT is done in sales cloud V2? 

Please help to understand the process.

Hi Ravi, 

Currently SAP will setup the integration in production environment of S4 and SCV2. 
At present UAT or Test tenant for testing the integrations is not available.
