Hello Hello,

I was creating Google Ads Campaigns on Marketing. Unexpectedly, I started to get below error details on CPI. This error comes from "Read Accounts from Google Ads" package. I suppose to see integrated google as account on Campaign page, I cannot see anymore.

Error Details net.sf.saxon.trans.UncheckedXPathException: Error reported by XML parser processing null: Unexpected EOF in prolog at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [1,0]

If anyone has experince on it kindly higlight me on issue.

SAP need to grant access to the central tenant for your

• CPI Prod Tenant: https://tenant.hci.ap1.hana.ondemand.com and
• User ID: HCI_PROXY_SERVICE_USER/S00xxxxxxxxx

If it's not done, you can contact an expert from SAP under component CEC-MKT-SEM-PSI.

Additionally, note below:-

1. In SAP Marketing Cloud, Google Ads manager accounts aren't displayed in the value help for Google Ads Account.
2. Check your account setup in Google Ads to ensure that all of the related accounts are under the same manager account.
3. SAP Marketing Cloud assumes that all Google Ads accounts that you want to access in the Campaigns application are managed by a single manager account in Google Ads.
4. You use this manager account as the root manager account when you configure the integration package in SAP Cloud Platform Integration.

Hi Oguzhan,

One of the Common cause for this issue is the User ID that you are using for HCI_PROXY_SERVICE_USER may not have proper access .
