Globe icon for localized attributes is not clickable from advanced search menu in backoffice

Hello guys,

I faced a strange issue regarding advanced search attributes in backoffice. Take this screenshot as an example:

What I see is that identifier attribute is not formatted like the rest of the attributes and I cannot click on the globe icon of this attribute in order to enter values for specific languages. I recently upgraded to sap-hybris-commerce-1905.38 and didn't change any build in configuration.

Has anyone encountered this problem so far ? Do you know how could I fix this ?

You said you recently update to 1905.38, what was the previous version? Localized attributes should have a language dropdown in advanced search, so what you see is not the correct view. Did you try "Reset everything" from Application Orchestrator? Is there any error printing on the logs when you open advanced search?

Hi Mansur Arisoy,

The previous version was sap-hybris-commerce-1811.39. I already tried to "Reset everything" from Application Orchestrator but it doesn't work for me. Also no logs are found when trying to click that icon.

If you have a custom backoffice extension, can you try by disabling the extension? There may be some custom changes on editors or CSS in your custom extensions.

I already checked that and it seems that there are custom changes causing this problem that I have to fix.
