Giving Voucher or Gift Card in case of Refund

We have a scenario like this. When a customer makes a refund, we do not want to give cash back to the customer. Instead we want to give him a voucher or gift card so that he can buy something else. How can we do it?

Option 1:

In the receipt payment area (where you select Cash, Credit Card, etc.) for each payment type there is a drop-down arrow in the Change field. When you hit the arrow a pop-up screen allows you to select a different currency or Gift Card.

Option 2:

In the quick selection the button 3008 - Payout by gift card is available. You will find this button in the SAP Default quick selection, for example, under center => Payments.
