Giveaways, Promotions, Samples and Display stands.

Dears,

We need to add the following in SAP B1:

1.Giveaways.

2.Promotions.

3.Display stands.

4.Samples and similar etc….

So we have some questions as below:

We would like to know which best way to achieve this?

How can we deliver them to our distributors from the samples warehouse for free?

How can we track the counts and names of recipients?

Do we need to create separate warehouses for the giveaways, display stands etc…
