Hello Novotic:
I believe what you are looking for is a "voucher". You have to configure an item code code as a voucher, then you can sell that "item" as a any other item and it is then redeemable as a voucher (or "gift card") in future purchases. Check the Configuration_Guide_SAP_CCO_EN.pdf in section 5.7 for more details on this topic.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
Joerg.

OK, I understand what you need now.
I think you could modify the original print template (are you using JPOS or FOP?) to print an additional section under certain circumstances. Something like adding in the footer template a condition that checks for a certain condition (such as specific comment in the receipt header) and then prints an additional ticket with only item descriptions.
I haven't tried that, but does it sound feasible to you?
Otherwise, of course you could handle that with a plugin, too. rzieschang may be able to help?

Joerg.

Hi alvarohd ,
in out case, we redesigned the normal sales receipt without prices and in printing settings, when the user clicks to reprint the receipt, we print both the receipt and the gift receipt.
This is not the best but works. The disadvantage is when a customer buys more than one product for gift, all products will be shown on the same "Gift receipt"

It would be best to modify the original template of your print and add a section. You'll specify under what conditions the item may be changed or returned. You'll use this print if the client specifies the item is for a gift. It's good that you thought about these kinds of situations. Many times when I received gifts they weren't suitable for me. However, I couldn't return them because of the shop policy. This is why I prefer to accept vouchers or personalized gifts, like the baskets from https://www.jetgiftbaskets.com/. And when I go to other's birthdays, I choose between the same two options. It's more convenient.

Thanks Joerg.
I like your idea. It´s a common practice in retail enviromet, and this feature will be good content into standard.
Anyway, i will share to Robert Zieschang the best way to build this solution, maybe we need to add a check or buttom to release the "gift ticket" with the same codebars that salesinvocie.

Álvaro

Thank you Joerg for you response.
No exactly. Example, you sale a item, and the customer said you it is for a present. Beside sales invoice, the customer request a "gift ticket" to delivery the gift recipient. It is a special ticket (no is a sales invoice) to destinatary of item, who could request a change for another item with this proof. In other case, the gift recipient also can request the refund the money, in this case the voucher has sense.
