Getting "Saving sender profile Generic Email adapter - GNML (GNML) not possible" error

I am integrating the Email services on the SAP Marketing Cloud and I have create a communication arrangement and communication system. But getting this "Saving sender profile Generic Email adapter - GNML (GNML) not possible" error while creating the sender's profile.

I am using "SAP_COM_0234" as a communication arrangement. Please find the attach screenshot for the reference.

can you pls also expand the "view details" section if there are any further instructions?

There is no error message available on clicking of "view details" link.
