Getting message "The server is temporarily out of service. would you like to try again ?" in backoffice

Hi All,

We are getting an error as "The server is temporarily out of service. would you like to try again?" in backoffice of hybris version 5.7. This error is very intermittent and normally appears after 4-5 mins in sessions.

Note: We are getting this error only in higher environments, not in the local machine.

Would appreciate if experts can provide any pointers on the same.
