Getting java.io.EOFException while connect to Hybris citizen engagement accelerator to create jasper reports in 6.7 version

Hi All

Getting net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: java.sql.SQLException: java.sql.SQLException: java.io.EOFException while connecting to Hybris Citizen Engagement Accelerator while connecting in 6.7 version for generating jasper report. I have followed all the steps as mentioned in hybris wiki. Can any one suggest me solution to resolve this?

It looks like you are using MySQL and the error has been caused because your MySQL driver is not able to handle it. Could you please try after downgrading the MySQL driver (e.g. to https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/j/5.1.html) and see if it works?

No arvind. It is not because of mysql . I already have mysql driver. and also I am using HSQL db itself. I was trying to connect to hybris from jasperstudio through virtual jdbc . Can you check on which jasper template you are getting this problem. Looks like that file is not uploaded with complete data.
