Getting error while executing report /CAR/ACTIVATE_HTA

Hi Experts,

I am trying to execute this report /CAR/ACTIVATE_HTA in SE38 to select ECC Mode and activate business scenarios, but getting below errors and logs, could you please check and suggest. I am attaching below screenshot for the better understanding of yours.

I have solved it by implementing the note 2904055 of my installation.
