Getting 403 status error while opening backoffice in SAP Hybris

I am setting up a new environment and its perfectly deployed without any errors. Now when i am trying to access backoffice and storefront URL getting below error.

403: The server did not authorize the request.

What user are you logging in with? admin or you have created a new user for the login?

I am also facing the same kind of issue.I logged in with admin

Caused by: org.apache.solr.client.solrj.impl.HttpSolrClient$RemoteSolrException: Error from server at https://localhost:8983/solr: Expected mime type application/octet-stream but got text/html.
