GET_BUSINESS_SYSTEM_ERROR when determining the business system (NO_BUSINESS_SYSTEM)

We are getting the below error when we are trying to fetch the CC charge plan (SAP Convergent Charging) in product configuration modeler screen of Subscription Order Management CRM,

what exactly we need to do here to solve this issue, can you help us how to solve this issue, is there any configuration we need to do?
