Generation of PDF as a result of campaign

Hello!

Probably anybody knows if it's possible to generate .pdf file as a result of marketing campaign?

For example, I've created a text message with personal tag (Name) in Content studio, start a campaign and as a result of the campaign - single .pdf file which include messages for all contacts from the target group. As I understand. it's not suggested by standard. How can I customize that?

Hello Viktoriya,

you are right, the functionality to generate PDFs from campaigns is not part of the standard.

However, on project basis you could implement a scenario like the following:

• Use SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) as middleware and build a CSV file via relevant SAP Marketing Cloud APIs
• Send CSV file to a SFTP server via CPI
• Perform custom development and generate PDF by taking CSV file from SFTP server

In addition, it would be great if you could submit this as an improvement request through the SAP Customer Influence Program for SAP Marketing Cloud.
