Hi Together,

by law we have to able to send the following data to the customer if this is his requirement:

• contact data
• interaction data
• permission and subscription data

Right now the contact data can be downloaded only by using the app "Inspect Contact Data".Unfortunately there can be downloaded a html file which only can be opened with a browser to see the data.

My questions are:

1. Why SAP still has not offered any possibility to fulfill the GDPR Requirements?

2. Has anybody had the same problem? By using CDS Views and queries we still have issues as this is quite difficult to use for the end user.

Hello Oliver,

you have many ways to get data out of the platform:

• like you mentioned you can use the "Inspect Contact" app
• you can use exports (via export definitions: https://help.sap.com/viewer/ac1eab4c66bc490da7ac2c378c46b0e7/1905.500/en-US/f7f06d54b287e530e1000000...)
• you can use CDS views like you described it
• you can use the standard APIs
