When we hang up the call by clicking "Hangup" button and then we click "End" button on SAP IC screen. it shows below error.
ERROR: "Function is not supported with the current contact status"
Request clarification before answering.

In relation to the error being faced please check the below.
1.) Check if the same behavior can be reproduced in a standard scenario (copy IC_AGENT to your Z business role and add CONTACTCENTER and WBAR function profiles to work with your CTI).
2.) Is the same behavior reproducible with enhancements switched off?
If the above don't help to resolve the issue then providing an ICI trace will be necessary. To capture the ICI trace please see KBA note:
