FSM - Restore of Backup limited to 1 GB

The max size of a backup is 1 GB. 

The backup size is more than 1 GB. 

A restore does not work.

How to deal in case of systems copied from production to test?

The backup and restore feature via download and upload has a 1 GB size limitation which is the old approach. Customers can also restore the backup via the share function which is the new approach. Please check the following page for more details:

This will allow you to restore the backup with a size more than 1 GB
