FSM DEV - Restore from Production - User login falures

Hi,

I have done a Backup of or production system and used that to Restore our Dev environment in order to get a clean copy.

I have run Reassign Persons as per our documentation.

What I find is that some of us can login to either the User or Admin shells, but some get an error.

For example

logging in to the Admin shell

It appears that issue may be with SAML since the user gets to this URI before it fails:
https://auth.coresuite.com/api/oauth2/v1/saml/[companyxxxx]/consume

A login to the User shell gives this:
{"error":"CM-05","message":"CM-05: Input field has an incorrect value. Input: [Use PASSWORD authentication!].","values":["Use PASSWORD authentication!"],"id":"d2bbe67d04c043e3bb8777debb2d8b20"}

We are using SSO so password should not be required. In any case I and other successful users are configured the same.

Any direction appreciated.

I have the same issue "CM-02: The service experienced an unexpected error." for a user in production.
