Freight Condition is expired but Schd Agrmt still picking up condition

Hi

I have a Freight Pricing Condition ZBLC set up that is valid from 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019.

But a scheduling agreement created on 24 July 2019 is still picking up the condition.

If I look at the pricing condition analysis, it displays:

"Condition type ZBLC is not determined using condition records

Message No. V1229"

All Material documents are posting a negative amount to the freight account.

How do I stop this condition posting amonts to the freight account even though we are outside the validity date of the condition?

Hi all,

I self resolved this one. In the analysis section I can see the condition record is missing and it displays as manually entered. The user states she did not manually enter it.

The user has the EVO parameter in her user role. This causes the pricing coditons to be copied from previous S/A's with same material and vendor.
