FP08 - quick service - stock overview with Business One integration

Hi there,

Scenario: CCO with Business One Integration and CCOM integration.

When using the quick service UI The function button "stock overview" shows a message box "this function is not supported". It doesn't matter if I use the function button in the quick selection menu or in the article search menu.

I checked the "old" retail mode, there it works as intended.

Is this a bug or is this feature not implemented yet? If not, is it planned?

Hi Arne, Hi Julian,
the function you made reference is implemented in FP08, however there is no support for Business One.

Currently the feature is only "usable" by partners however, you have to implement your own service which returns JSON.

You can still use the workaround provided in the answer I made reference before.

Go to menu configuration, then search and over there in article, you can perform the function "Stock Overview". This should work fine in all releases!

I think your answer is from may 2019, the new FP08 is from two weeks ago.

Do we need to revise?

Hi Mateus,

thank you for your fast answer! As Julian already mentioned the questions/answer is outdated, as in FP08 a new stock overview with R3/S4 integration was implemented in the quick service ui. This new stock overview works fine, but not with a business one integration.
