Hello SAP Marketing Community,
We are trying to implement the following case (on SAP Marketing OnPrem 1909):
A customer is to be directed to a landing page, which is pre-filled with the corresponding data of the contact. However, the link is NOT sent in an email, which would actually generate the corresponding outbound ID. The landing page should also not be placed behind a login.
Is there perhaps in the meantime a possibility to realize a prefilled forms / landing page without outbound ID and login?
Thanks, Marcel

Hi Marcel,
how would you like to identify the contact if you neither have the Outbound ID nor (for example) the email address?
To retrieve the contact data from SAP Marketing Cloud you definitely need any identifier which is unique to the contact.

Hello Tobias,
thank you very much for your answer and question. An identifier is available which would identify the unique contact.
A possible scenario would be for example: a contact accesses a pre-filled form with his contact details via a postcard/letter (with a printed QR code).
So the question goes in the direction of whether it is now possible with standard functionality to generate a pre-filled form without an outbound ID or login process.
Greetings Marcel
Hi Marcel,
Currently, the only option is an Outbound ID.
It's technically possible to generate your own outbound ID by creating an EMAIL_OUTBOUND interaction and putting a unique ID in the InteractionSourceObject field.
However, this is not documented and therefore not officially supported.
Kind regards,
Steffen
Hi Robert,
If the form is opened using the ?sap-outbound-id parameter with your own outbound ID as value, the system will be able to use it to identify the contact and prefill the form, yes.
(I'm not sure if that's what your question is about.)
Kind regards,
Steffen
