Forms KPIs report

Upon clicking on the Analytics tab in a Form.

You will see KPIs, Views, Submission, Submission/Views. New Contacts, and New Contacts/Submissions

We want to have same report as Form Analytics KPIs.
However we can not find the fields that are shown in Analytics in standard CDS views or standard analytics reports.
Could you tell us which CDS views are used to generate the KPIs in Form ?
What we're looking for is following.
1. Is "Views" KPI coming from the interaction that have Interaction type=Click_through? If so the interactions are generated campaign level, not Form.
   How/from which CDS Form Analytics get the value?
2. Is "Submitted" the interaction that have Interaction type = WEBSITE_REGISTRATION ? How/from which CDS Form Analytics get the value?
3. How "New Contact" identify new contact? What is the definition of "New"?

Sorry but there is no CDS view that is doing the same. But you can try to build your own analytics based on the released CDS views.

we wanted to create our own CDS view. but couldn't get the relevant figures shown in the analytics. do you know how the figure are calculated? which datasource i can use?
