Forms in Marketing cloud (Checkbox & radio button)

Hi SAP,

Can you please let me know if there is any way to implement a checkbox or radio button feature in the Marketing cloud form in the content studio?

I am aware that if we deploy the form in SCP, we can implement the radio button, but however we are looking if checkbox/Radio button can be implemented in the Marketing cloud itself.

Thanks in advance,

Anuja

Hi Anuja,

As per my understanding , we don't have multiple input values ( check box ) available in Forms and as well radio buttons , but if you want to select from a list of values ,we can do it only as a drop down option and form users can select from the available drop down values but even there we can select only one value and multi value is not supported.

Saravana.

I'm not sure if this question was ever answered, but I'd like this information as well.

A drop down field to select multiple values is not supported.

But if you insert any (custom) field into a Form which has a code-list as type, the field will automatically display as a dropdown. But only one value can be selected.

Similarly, if you insert any (custom) field into a form which has a boolean type, it will display as a single checkbox.

But anything other than that, is not supported. The forms are really meant as contact forms, and not as surveys. (for that, Qualtrics is positioned and an integration exists between Qualtrics and Marketing Cloud)

Hi ! I just saw your answer @Saravanakumar Myslamd, and was wondering if you know how to make the user of this form only answer to one tick box and not both them. Do you know if we can add this functionnality in SMC?

Thanks in advance!
