Form Settings - Contact Type

Hi,

In the Form Settings (content studio), there is a dropdown box "Contact Type" where you can choose between

- Prospect

- Consumer

- Business Partner

These terms don't exactly match with other terms used throughout the SMC system, and I don't seem to find confirmation about this in the documentation, but is the following assumption correct?

- Prospect causes the IS_CONSUMER field to be blank (so actually Prospect = Suspect)

- Consumer causes the IS_CONSUMER field to be X

- Business Partner causes the IS_CONTACT field to be X (so actually Business Partner = Contact)

Hello Joyca,

Yes, cause we are not talking about the Suspect here in case of Forms, but only Prospect, BP and Consumers.
