For hard bounce email, assign task to Account owner in sales campaign is not working

Hi Team,

In the target group of the sales campaign, there is one member (contact with account) with invalid email address, so when the sales campaign was executed, in the execution tab, there is one "not contacted" log showing as the email address is invalid. We have set yes "For hard-bounced e-mails due to invalid address, assign task to account owner:.

So we should see the task in the accounts/contact for our scenario .Please correct me If I am wrong. However, there is one KBA-2576505 and it shows that its not the activity task but BTM task is created. I have checked in BTM workcenter view but could not see any log related to this sales campaign.

Can anyone please help me to fix this.
