FOP - Front office process for Utility

I am trying to call ISU transaction within C4C -similar to CRM Transaction launcher. I cma across FOP tab within Accounts.

The config steps in admin guide does not help & is not clear. Need to know if via FOP we can call ERP transactions & tips on configuring FOP.

Hi Ritesh,

In FOP you can create Mashup for Individual Customer, Account, Contract Account,Premise. Each of these can have different Mashups called.

In the Administrator -> Industry Settings -> Utilities -> Settings for Front Office Process

Click on the screen below:

Click on New and Navigate to the screen: Assign Mashup ID

Here pass the Mashup ID either Custom or Standard.
