Follow-up triggers after custom campaign action

Hello,
We are using SAP Marketing 1809. After new channel implementation we have found that we could not use follow up triggers for such action (for example sales order). The difference is noticeable at the screenshot below:

So my question is - where could we change it? Should it be ABAP coding in custom channel class or just some parameter in Customizing Settings (SPRO)?

I have found that I need to make a new entry (ore change existing one) in table CUANS_MKTORC_AC.
After that all work fine

Have you activated the campaign trigger in IMG? If yes and it still does not work I guess you have to open a support ticket to SAP
