Flexible workflows for Service Transactions

Hi Service Experts,

I do not see any of the service transactions included in the flexible workflows feature enabled in S/4 On-Premise solution. Is it in the future roadmap to include service transactions (Service Contract, Service Order,...) in the flexible workflow framework.

If we want to implement an approval process for Service Contracts, are there standard workflows enabled in the system which we can adapt and customise?

Thanks for your inputs. Really appreciate it. Just few more queries.

1. How would you trigger this custom workflow. Is it triggered using PPF action or enhancement?

2. If PPF action then which PPF action have you used? if enhancement is used then could you please share which enhancement spot or Badi you have used?

We would be implementing the custom workflow for service order approval process therefore was wondering if you could help us with the above questions. Thanks a lot.
