Flexible workflows for Service Transactions

Hi Service Experts,

I do not see any of the service transactions included in the flexible workflows feature enabled in S/4 On-Premise solution. Is it in the future roadmap to include service transactions (Service Contract, Service Order,...) in the flexible workflow framework.

If we want to implement an approval process for Service Contracts, are there standard workflows enabled in the system which we can adapt and customise?

Hi Siraj

we didn't receive many incidents about workflow...just for checklists .I mean, I can't help much here. I guess that S/4HANA Service customers aren't using too much the workflow BUT I can't be sure. This is based in my own daily work

Thanks Silvia for the honest feedback. I am working with our development team to build a custom workflow, will post the outcome once we are successful.
