Firmographics Data

I am trying to enable "Firmographic data" of corporate account in segmentation.

Can anyone please suggest where to find the data source for 'Number of employees' and 'Revenue'.

Also, I am not able to find these 2 fields in available data sourse of segmentation profile 'All Account' and 'All account and contact'.

I am able to upload employee, but in case of revenue I am getting an error.

Hi,

Firmographics data is part of Spotlighting accounts. There is a SAC story that can show such data in a nicer dashboard UI. Apart from that story it is nowhere linked to SAC Integration. You can also find the same field available as part of standard odata https://{host}:{port}/sap/opu/odata/sap/API_MKT_CORPORATE_ACCOUNT_SRV;v=0003.

Regarding the error you are facing, Can you please describe the error in detail along with the steps you performed and sample data your are using? In general, you should be able to import the data successfully using API provided you pass revenue with currency.

Hi Saurabh,

Thanks for your support. Now I am able to upload Currency, Revenue and Employees data with CSV upload also.

Can you help me with enabling these fields (Revenue and No of Employee) in segmentation, as I am unable to find data source of these fields.

Hi,

I am not sure if SAP exposes these fields as part of standard delivered data sources for segmentation.

However, I can see that these fields are part of CUAND_CE_IC_ROOT table, hence should be possible to extend the existing data source using Hana view modeling.You can refer following blogs to know about how to extend the field to segmentation data source using "Add Custom View" app in SAP Marketing cloud.
