FIORI Transaction Launchpad in S4CRM

Hi CRM Experts,

In S4CRM, I am getting error as Fiori launchpad URL is not correctly maintained. This is when trying to click on Billing Document Request from S4CRM UI.

Does this require transaction launcher to be configured in S4CRM using CRMC_UI_ACTIONWZ T-Code, this being single box with Add-on? Interestingly this shows its from S4H. Refer Image bdr-s4h.png.

Hi Prasad,

I ran into the same issue, but I found out that it has to do with a missing logical system mapping in transaction CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS.

You need to create a mapping for S4C_FIORI.

Even when it is the same system, you need to maintain the logical system, the ITS client and the full url of your system including the port:

<protocol>://<host>:<port>/

This will do the trick.
