Finding Parked Orders

Hi,

Now that Parked orders can be made visible across multiple POS Clients, i.e. Parked on one POS and Resumed on another, it has become increasingly hard to find the relevant Parked receipt.

Are there any plans to make it easier to find Parked receipts, such as a search by different customer details, by user who parked the receipt, etc?

Hi Martin,

In the POS, you have the possibility to search for the Parked receipts in the Advanced search.
Go to Search > Receipt > Advanced
There, you have the possibility to combine multiple filters according your needs, example:
Receipt Status: Parked
Customer ID: 000002

You can also use the CCO Manager to identify the Parked receipts
1 - Log into the CCO Manager
2 - Go to Receipts > Add the filters according your needs;
