Hello,

Filter does not considered when PDF file is downloaded from the SAP FSM Release Notes Page: Field Service Management - Release Notes

Steps:

• Go to SAP FSM Release Notes Page: Field Service Management - Release Notes
• Set filter on version e.g. value "12.11.0".
• Then, go to "Download PDF - Create custom PDF".
• Then, select "Mobile Application" on the left side and go to "Create PDF".
• The generated PDF file does not consider the filter.

Could you please let me know why this is the case? And how can I download the filtered data from the SAP Help Page?

Hello,

The public library/API used to print filtered data on a PDF on SAP Help page has limitations that it does not consider the filters apply on the page.

However, there is a possibility to use the Download CSV option, which can filter the data from a table on the SAP Help page. For this, please refer to the attached screenshot.
