Hi experts

I am trying to do a first upload of contacts to the SAP Marketing Cloud system in the Tenant Test But I don't see any of the objects that by standard you can select to load data via CSV files.

Do you have to do some configuration enablement or is it a system error?

Hi Elio,

Did you check if your user have all the necessary business catalogs assigned to him?

SAP_CEC_BC_MKT_IMP1_PC should be the one. You can always use the application 'display authorization trace' to check for inconsistencies in your authorizations.

Kind Regards, Jef

Hello,

in your snapshot "no-tiene-objetos-para-importar-datos-catalogo.jpg" you need to click "Edit" and then "Maintain Restriction". There you have to make sure you have the correct authorization for importing the data.

Hi Elio,

not sure if this is the problem, but on the first screenshot in your answer (no-tiene-objetos-para-importar-datos-catalogo.jpg) I could see, that the "Write Access" is set to No Access. Maybe that causes the error.

Could you change that, check again and let me know if it helped? To change it, you have to edit the role and set the access also to unrestricted.

This happens probably due to the fact that the role is a read-only role.

Hi jefodb

I hope you are well!

I check the trace and the catalogs assigned the role of the user and in theory they are correct.

I don't see a conflict, but I don't know the reason for the error.
