Field is greyed out in adaptation though it is set as visible

Hi Team,

The field customer reference in Tickets is greyed out ,though the field is set as visible inside. Can you please help to make the field visible in the UI.

Hi Pushpa,

Go to Changes tab (in the same screenshot that you sent) and check if there are entries with type ChangeProperties related to visibility. If yes, get the Change ID and go to Administrator WC -> General Settings -> scrol down to Adaptation Changes section -> Layout Change History. Search for the selected Change ID and delete the entry.

This should solve your issue. If not, raise an incident to support check from their end.

Dear Puspha,

It looks like this is an extension field or Custom field Which you have added in the Ticket Query Screen.

Normally for standard fields, When you choose the Personalize and Set as Visible Option, the field should be visible. Kindly raise an incident to SAP to troubleshoot this issue.
