Fetching Receipts from Another POS not working

I am using CCO 2.0 FP09 in retail mode, my back-end is SAP Business One and I am also using SAP CUSTOMER CHECKOUT MANAGER.

My problem is that I am not able to fetch a receipt created on another POS, I need this functionality if I want to make a return on another POS. I have two POS, CCO1 and CCO2, both are properly configured for SAP B1 and Customer Checkout manager, and I also made sure that these options are enabled on both of them:
Enable central receipt management
Enable receipt fetching
Enable central receipt parking

On the other hand, I am able to retrieve Parked receipts fetched from another POS, which proves that the communication with the CUSTOMER CHECKOUT MANAGER is OK. But when I try searching for receipt originating from another POS, I get nothing.

Hi,

Fetching receipts from other POS will work while returning articles.

Try the below:

1. On sales screen of CCO1, click Return button

2. At Receipt scan area, scan a receipt of CCO2

3. CCO should fetch the details of this receipt and will load for returning items.

There is a limitation here that receipt status won't be transmitted back to CCO2 which leads to duplicate return at CCO2.

Thank you, I was able to retrieve the invoice in return mode. Actually, I was clicking on the search loupe instead, but it worked when I clicked the receipt # + Enter(I do not have a barcode). I am able now to find the receipt from the other POS.

I guess Fetching Receipts from Another POS is only limited to Parked Receipts and Returns, we can not use the search functionality to locate the other POS receipts as we do with local receipts; I mean sometimes you need to check a receipt for details even if you are not the right POS. The refund and parked functionalities are covered but what about reviewing a receipt information originating from another POS.
