i'm having a client that is looking in CCO table service for the bellow points :
1- in table service , is there is a way to park the order or to send the order after a timer that will user set ?
2- there is already option to put item note that it will show for the kitchen receipt once the order is posted , but the note of items is not showing in the sales screen in front of the user , it will show only for kitchen receipt once sent , is there any option to show that to the user also ?
3-in my tables tab , there is many tables that is already closed , how to clear these tables after closing them , in the rush time there will be many tables.
4- is there is an option in the sales screen to check the void items during the day , i know that there is a report in CCO manager , but not in CCO .
the current version i'm using is 2.0 FP12 PL20

You can find information on all available features relating to table service mode in the official help documentation here - Features in UI Modes Table Service.
Additionally, in relation to the point 3, after the sale has been completed, the tables will automatically close after 5 minutes.
Finally, you are currently using an outdated version of the POS which is no longer supported for bug fixes etc and I would highly suggest to consider an update to a newer version. An update would also provide additional fixes and features for the customer. See KBA #2689600 for more information.
