FATAL | wrapper | The argument 'Comm\CC' is not a valid property name-value pair

Hi,

I was trying to install Commerce Cloud on my local and encountered an issue. Did the following:

>setantenv.bat

>ant initialize ->BUILD SUCCESSFUL

>hybrisserver.bat
FATAL | wrapper | The argument 'Comm\CC' is not a valid property name-value pair

Appreciate any help on this. I followed these links, but in vain.
