Failure to assign new Z trigger in campaign

Hi experts

Make a few configurations to add a new interaction type so that you can use it in a trigger. The recommendation they made me in the previous question helped me a lot: https://answers.sap.com/questions/13445279/how-to-link-a-form-trigger-campaign-with-specific.html

But, I am trying to add the new trigger in the campaign, Formuario_Chatbot, and it does not appear in the list.

Did I miss a step?

1. create the interaction

2. I added the interaction a new trigger

3. I added the interaction to a form

4. I added the form to a landing page

5. create a campaign and I am trying to select the trigger that I want to use to trigger the campaign.

Hi Elio,

in my opinion the steps you did are correct and should be enough to be able to use the interaction type as a trigger in the campaign.

Has the campaign maybe been created before you activated the interaction type as a campaign trigger? That could be a reason that it is not visible in the list. For newly created campaigns you should be able to choose it.

You are right, with a campaign if the trigger comes out, but it is a shame that if I want to modify a campaign that I already had ready in preparation mode, I do not allow it.
