As you already stated, the propertysolrfacetsearch.fullSpELSupport must be set to false, as it ensures SpEL expression is not vulnerable to arbitrary code injection.
To solve the issue permanently, one can either use OOTB providers listed in Package de.hybris.platform.solrfacetsearch.provider.impl or implement a custom provider by following the steps on Value Provider API - Creating a Custom Provider.
